KBR and BMT join forces to strengthen maritime sustainment outcomes

KBR and BMT have entered into a strategic relationship to support the delivery of long-term outcomes for the sustainment of Royal Australian Navy platforms. This collaboration unites two experienced Defence partners with a shared vision for a more integrated and resilient sustainment enterprise.

KBR will provide extensive program management, systems integration and engineering experience, complemented by BMT’s specialist naval engineering, asset management and technical assurance expertise. Together, the two organisations stand ready to support Defence’s platform availability, bringing dependable, cost-effective, and future-ready sustainment solutions for maritime platforms across Australia.

KBR has a 65-year heritage of delivering some of Australia’s most ambitious nation-building projects, providing complex engineering, technical, program management, nuclear and infrastructure support. Today, KBR is supporting several major maritime programs including Capability Life Cycle Management for the Amphibious Combat and Sealift fleet and technical design and infrastructure at HMAS Stirling and Osborne Naval Shipyard.
