As Regional Sales Director for BMT in the Americas, Lee Hedd is responsible for business development, sales, and marketing activities in the region as we expand our technical and engineering services into new and existing markets including commercial, energy, government and security, and military.
Lee is a Naval Architect and Business Development professional with 30 years of experience in the acquisition and leadership of marine design and commercial research & development projects within the international marine, naval, offshore, and ship-building industries. His career has included advancing commercial and technical roles in the marine industry while developing expertise in strategic management and in the implementation of exceptional client engagement.

Phillip White joined BMT as Business Development Manager and brings with him a wealth of experience in business development, software and technical sales, and environmental consulting across multiple industries.
His most recent position was as Business Development and Account Management for the world’s leading GIS software company and prior to that he was an executive for an Enhanced Reality software company creating Digital Twins and training simulators for refineries and chemical plants.
Phillip has an educational background in Geophysics and Philosophy, is a professional musician in his spare time, and looks to the real stars as an amateur astronomer.

Holding a Master's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Alex has been with BMT for the last 5 years. Lately Alex’s focus has been investigating the future opportunities within the offshore vessel market supporting BMT's commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements
